Identified: We're continuing to work with the ATO on this issue, who are investigating on their end. Customers can still file Activity Statements to the ATO.

Identified: We’re aware that some customers are experiencing errors when using Activity Statement Prefill. We’re working with the ATO to identify the cause and will provide an update when we have more information.

Identified: HMRC have let us know that there is an ongoing investigation into the delayed responses from their services which is impacting UK customers using CIS, Personal tax, Partnership Tax, Payroll and Corporation tax.

Investigating: We're aware that UK customers using CIS, Personal tax, Partnership Tax, Payroll and Corporation tax may experience a delay in filings processing. This is due to our systems receiving errors from HMRC's services. We have contacted HMRC for assistance.
