Customers may be experiencing an issue with validation and posting of journals. BlackLine teams are investigating the issue. We will provide regular updates on this page until the issue is resolved.
We have an update from our vendor regarding the SSO Routing issue that affected a limited number of customers on August 6th. Okta has identified a fix that they will deploy to their production environments on August 19. Once Okta's fix is deployed and verified by our team, we will restore the Single Sign-on Settings page.
While existing operations have been fully functional, the Single Sign-on Settings tab has been disabled. This upgrade will once again allow self-serve management of any SSO changes. BlackLine will provide an update here when this has been completed.
