Resolved: The U.S. Federal Reserve processing delay has been resolved. As a reminder, deposits (for both payroll and payments) that were scheduled for Tuesday March 3rd still arrived on the same day, although later than usual.

Monitoring: Overnight on Monday, March 2, 2026, the U.S. Federal Reserve reported delays processing ACH payments, which may cause some deposits (for both payroll and payments processing) to appear later than usual today, Tuesday, March 3, for our U.S. users. As of 7:30am ET, all payments have been sent to receiving banks and will post as each bank completes processing.

Resolved: This incident has been resolved.

Monitoring: The issue has been identified, and Wave is being impacted by a Cloudflare maintenance. We're currently monitoring and implementing a fix. Thanks for your patience.

Investigating: We are currently investigating reports that errors are preventing customers from making invoice payments through Wave Payments. Further updates to follow.

Resolved: Wave had previously identified some 2025 1099-NEC forms with incorrect dollar amounts. All original forms were filed by the January 31 deadline, and Wave has now generated and filed corrections for the impacted 1099-NEC forms. Amended forms are available in Wave accounts.
