These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) govern your use of our website located at https://statussight.com and operated by Lifehack Labs LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

Some products shown, suggested, or recommended on our website may be sold, fulfilled, or delivered by a third-party retailers and providers.
We take no responsibility and assume no liability for these products.

  1. Contests, Sweepstakes and Promotions

Any contests, sweepstakes or other promotions (collectively, “Promotions”) made available through our Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms of Service. If you participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms of Service, Promotion rules will apply.

  1. Refunds

Fees paid to StatusSight directly, such as for account upgrades, are non-refundable unless specified otherwise on our website and unless required by law.

Some products shown, suggested, or recommended on our website are sold through third-party retailers and providers, and these retailers define their own refund policy and are in responsible for any such refunds.

  1. Content
    Some content, interactions, and recommendations on this Service are generated by Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) models such as GPT, Stable Diffusion, and others. By using this Service, you acknowledge that in some cases, such data generated by AI models isn’t reliable, accurate, complete, or truthful.

Our Service may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). You are responsible for Content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting Content on or through the Service, You represent and warrant that: (i) Content is yours (you own it) and/or you have the right to use it and the right to grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and (ii) that the posting of your Content on or through the Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person or entity. We reserve the right to terminate the account of anyone found to be infringing on a copyright.

We take no responsibility and assume no liability for Content you or any third-party posts on or through the Service. However, by posting Content using the Service you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service irrevocably. You agree that this license includes the right for us to make your Content available to other users of the Service, who may also use your Content subject to these Terms.

StatusSight has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit all Content provided by users.

  1. Status Monitoring and Alert Disclaimers

StatusSight provides monitoring, alerts, and information about the operational status of third-party services and websites (“Status Information”). YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

  1. Status Information is provided strictly on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis with NO GUARANTEES WHATSOEVER.
  2. We make ABSOLUTELY NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, currentness, timeliness, availability, or correctness of any Status Information.
  3. Status Information may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, or entirely incorrect.
  4. We do not independently verify information obtained from third-party status pages, APIs, or other sources.
  5. Any alerts, notifications, or communications regarding service status may fail to be delivered, be delayed, or contain incorrect information.
  6. You should NEVER rely solely on StatusSight for critical operational decisions or determinations about service availability.
  7. We are not responsible for any actions you take or fail to take based on Status Information.
  8. Changes to third-party APIs, status pages, or information sources may render our Service partially or completely non-functional without notice.
  9. We may discontinue monitoring any service at any time without notice.
  10. Historical uptime data, statistics, graphs, charts, and analytics are provided for informational purposes only and may contain errors or omissions.
  11. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK associated with using or relying on any Status Information provided through our Service.

By using our Service, you expressly release Lifehack Labs LLC from any and all liability related to your use of or reliance upon Status Information. We strongly recommend maintaining your own direct monitoring systems for any services critical to your operations.

  1. Prohibited Uses

You may use this Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

  1. In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
  2. For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content or otherwise.

  4. To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
  5. In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.
  6. To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of this Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm or offend Company or users of this Service or expose them to liability.

Additionally, you agree not to:

  3. Use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on the Service or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior written consent.
  4. Use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Service.
  5. Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.
  6. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, tamper with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service, the server on which the Service is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Service.
  7. Attack the Service via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.
  8. Take any action that may damage or falsify Company rating.
  9. Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Service.

We may use third-party Analytics Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.

  1. No Use By Minors

Upon receiving a compliant DMCA notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. Where reasonably possible, we will attempt to notify the party that supplied the material and provide a copy of the notice or its key details.

Counter-Notification: If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may reply with a counter-notice. Your counter-notice should include:

THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, ANY CONSEQUENTIAL BUSINESS LOSSES, MISSED OPPORTUNITIES, REPUTATION DAMAGE, DATA LOSS, REVENUE IMPACT, OPERATIONAL DISRUPTIONS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, COSTS OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, OR FINANCIAL LOSSES OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM INACCURATE, DELAYED, OR MISSING STATUS INFORMATION. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

All provisions of Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
