We have identified an intermittent issue in Portugal preventing customers from validating their credentials when accessing the below services. The products/services affected are: -Sage 100 Portugal -Sage 50 Portugal -Sage for Accountants

Resolved: The issue is resolved and the service is available and performing as expected. There will be a small subset of customers that will continue to receive their transactions with minor delays, but we will continue to work to rectify this.

Identified: We have applied a fix, and customers have started to receive transactions from FNB Bank; however, there will still be a subset of customers who will receive them with a delay.

We continue to work to speed up the transaction synchronisation so all customers will receive their transactions without delays.

Resolved: Wir haben festgestellt, dass heute Vormittag ein Teil unserer Kundinnen und Kunden in Österreich für kurze Zeit nicht in die mobile Anwendung einloggen konnte. Es wurde die Fehlermeldung „E-Mail-Adresse ist unbekannt“ angezeigt. Kundinnen und Kunden, die bereits eingeloggt waren, konnten die mobile Anwendung ohne Probleme nutzen.

Das Problem ist mittlerweile behoben. Der Dienst steht wieder zur Verfügung und funktioniert wie erwartet.

We identified that earlier today there was a subset of customers in Austria that were unable to log into the mobile application for a brief period of time. Customers were being presented with an "E-Mail address is unknown" error message. The customers who were already logged in, were able to use the mobile application without issues.

The issue is now resolved and the service is available and performing as expected.

Resolved: Third Party HMRC has confirmed that the issue is resolved and HMRC MTD (Making Tax Digital) functionality is performing as expected for all products.
