Due to an identified issue, the payments initiated by the new Recurring Billing engine have not been processed today November 18, 2024, and will currently remain on hold while we troubleshoot the issue.
This may delay your recurring payments until the issue is resolved. Teams have been continually working on the issue since it was identified.
We are investigating the cause and working urgently to resolve the issue.

Cybersource is aware of an issue that affected Six Payment Processer transaction processing. We observed the Six Payment processor error “(96) DCARDREFUSED:203:PROCESSING TEMPORARILY NOT POSSIBLE.”
A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring closely to ensure the issue is resolved.
Impact: Merchants experienced high levels of declined transactions over this period.
The issue has been mitigated and customers are now able to use the Six Payment Processor services as expected.
