Since April 28, 2025 at 14:03:00 UTC -5 (Colombia's time) we are identifying troubles in transactional processing in the Fiserv in Mexico, but don’t worry our multi-acquiring feature is recovering the transactions to avoid any affectation. The technical team is evaluating if there is any impact, and they are in frequent contact with the Fiserv team, to follow up the issue resolution.
