Resolved: The fix has been deployed and we are seeing services returning to normal. You can start uploading documents again and looking up documents in the archive should also be possible again. Older documents are still being processed and might take a while to be shown. If a document failed to upload completely please re-upload the document again for successful processing.

Monitoring: A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the details, it may take a moment before older tagged and uploaded documents appear.

Identified: You can experience documents not being shown in Basecone or not uploaded. We have found the server problem and are solving the issue at this moment.

Resolved: The issue has been resolved, bookings should be possible again and connection new administrations as well. If you get the message of being disconnected please reconnect your synchronization user and if you have a booking role please check the connection for you own role as well. If you do not know how to do this you can find more information on our knowledgebase support.basecone.com. We will continue to monitor the situation. If you still experience problems when booking please check the Exact status page for any status updates or problems regarding Multivers.

Investigating: We are investigating the cause for the disconnections and the trouble with making a booking for Multivers connections.
