Thomson Reuters is investigating an issue where replies (Census Override CO and AD/CV (AC) query replies) are not being received in the GTM system. We are actively working with CBP to get this corrected. Until this issue is resolved, clients need to request the reply file from their CBP rep and then reach out to Customer Support ([email protected]) to assist with getting that imported into the application.
Thomson Reuters is aware that some Content Extract clients are currently experiencing delays or missing content extracts. The team is currently working on a remediation. Content Extract customers experiencing this issue can reach out to the GTM Support team for further information. Once the remediation is in place, Thomson Reuters will be reaching out the affected customers.

We experienced elevated latencies with the OAuth service in the ONESOURCE Indirect Tax Determination Enterprise Cloud, impacting the AMER PROD and OCI PROD environments between 11:33 AM CT and 12:06 PM CT on August 05, 2026. Additionally, the IndirectTax UI was intermittently inaccessible between 11:40 AM CT and 11:47 AM CT during this window. The issue has since been fully mitigated, and all services are currently operating normally.
