An unplanned partial outage has been observed impacting the person creation resulting in elevated API error rates has been mitigated. Services have been restored and are being monitored in order to ensure all operations are running within normal service levels.

Partners may encounter increased 5XX error responses while calling the following API endpoint:

POST /v1/persons

Customer Impact: End users may experience error messages during the onboarding process, potentially affecting the creation of new person resources.
