We are currently investigating an issue causing users to be logged out of the mobile app. All customer accounts and funds remain secure. Further updates to follow.

Customers using market data APIs may experience temporary connection issues. All customer funds remain secure. We will be sure to update this page with more information as it becomes available.
Some users may experience issue with /v1/orders/history REST API, where some of recently closed orders may not appear immediately for a specific symbol.
We are currently investigating issue.
Uphold Deposits & Withdrawals
Despite Casper recently restarting their blockchain following a fix for an earlier exploit, deposits and withdrawals of CSPR remain suspended on most venues, including Uphold, so trading remains limited.
This suspension is likely to remain in place until there is confidence in the fix.
Our team is closely monitoring the situation and awaiting updates from the Casper Foundation to ensure we can move as quickly and securely as possible.
Due to a security concern on the Nexera Network the chain is currently halted. As such NXRA deposits and withdrawals are disabled. Team is monitoring with the Nexera Foundation to resume regular processing.
