Please be advised that Paysafe has noticed an issue where some fees were received with new names from November 2024 and are therefore not currently visible in the Business portal. Our teams are working on correctly mapping the new names to make the postings visible.
Please be advised that several Merchants fee invoices for the months from November 2024 to January 2025 are partially incorrect. Different fees in the invoices are not correct and not all Merchants are affected. Our Vendor is currently working on correcting the data.
