We are receiving "system malfunction" error from Wema Bank.

Disbursements to this bank will be failing at this time.

The earlier issue where notifications were not being received from Sterling Bank and Wema has now been fully resolved. Transaction notifications for payments (collections) via these bank accounts are functioning normally again.

All backlogs are being processed manually.
