Resolved: The SSO/UA Login disruption incident has been resolved. Thank you for your patience during the resolution of this issue.

Monitoring: The responsible team is continuing to review the solution and monitor results-- we expect this to take a few days and will update with any relevant news. As of now, UA SSO logins remain operational.

Monitoring: A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

Investigating: After the emergency change Friday, we have received reports of intermittent slowness with all SSO logins. We and OIT are aware of the issue and investigating.

Monitoring: Corrective action was taken on this incident last night, with some additional changes and reversions made during the emergency maintenance earlier tonight. At this time we believe the problem has been resolved, but we will continue monitoring the situation through the weekend.

Investigating: The UA SSO Service was previously experiencing issues preventing people from logging into UA services. We are currently working on this, and services are operational currently. Resolved: Our vendor has put a fix into place and ePay services appear to be reachable again.

Investigating: We are aware of an issue resulting in "Pay My Bill" and 1098T forms being inaccessible through UAOnline. OIT and the UA Financial Systems office are in contact with the vendor, TouchNet, and investigating.
