Vendor Services (Spectrum, AT&T, etc.)

WashU IT has received confirmation that Spectrum is experiencing a service outage which affects the WUCA Nash Peds location. Wired and wireless devices and desk phones are unable to connect. Technical teams have opened a support ticket with the vendor and are going on-site to activate cellular hot spot devices. The clinic does not have patients after 11:30am but does have a small number of staff working on-site throughout the afternoon.

Teams are working to resolve the issue. Please call 314-933-3333 if you have any questions. We appreciate your patience as we work to restore service.
