WashU IT and BJC technical teams are investigating issues with the Avaya One X Agent. An upgrade was performed in February and appeared stable initially. Since then, an increasing number of remote users on WashU VPN have been reporting issues with audio dropping and similar issues affecting their Avaya service.

WashU IT is investigating an issue with Box Storage. Box files cannot be downloaded from the Box web UI, and Box Drive is returning file permission errors. Technical teams have opened a support case with the vendor, and the vendor has updated their status page to indicate that they are working on fixing the issue. WashU IT and BJC have opened a support case with Charter Spectrum regarding an internet service outage affecting Barnes West County. The vendor is working to assess the root cause and begin repairs.
Internet access is unavailable for WashU offices in the following locations. Most devices should be connected to BJC wifi access points and therefore should not be affected, but technical teams will work to assist users with any equipment which is not currently connected to the wifi.
