WashU IT and BJC technical teams are investigating issues with the Avaya One X Agent. An upgrade was performed in February and appeared stable initially. Since then, an increasing number of remote users on WashU VPN have been reporting issues with audio dropping and similar issues affecting their Avaya service.

BJC has started a P1 Incident call due to impact to HUGS and Temperature tags being impacted by a scheduled change. The BJC P1 ticket number is INC4474132. Expected remediation time is 3 hours. Impacted locations include:
Barnes Jewish Hospital St Louis Children’s Hospital WUSM buildings on the academic campus.
