WashU IT is aware of an issue affecting BJC wireless authentication on the Central West End campus.
At this time there is no known impact to WashU devices, though WashU users using BJC devices may be affected.

WashU IT and BJC technical teams are investigating issues with the Avaya One X Agent. An upgrade was performed in February and appeared stable initially. Since then, an increasing number of remote users on WashU VPN have been reporting issues with audio dropping and similar issues affecting their Avaya service.

WashU IT is investigating an issue with network service being unavailable to the 1410 Tower Grove location (Missouri Center for Public Health Excellence). Spectrum does not list this site as being under maintenance and has requested that we send someone on-site to check the status of power to their equipment.

The issue appears initially to be different from the issue reported earlier this morning and is being considered a new major incident at this time.
