Many devices have already recovered, but some are intermittent or have not come back online. WashU IT is investigating an issue with alumni access to email. Around 1900 alumni users had their accounts deactivated on 5/16 via an automated process. The issue was identified today (5/18) and technical teams are working to restore their accounts. Current estimate for restoration is approximately 12:30pm.
