There was some scheduled Maintenance that caused a Network connectivity issue which is being resolved, the network connectivity will be restored shortly. ITS has implemented a fix for the issues with interruption of service of the Staff Portal. This morning from around 9:00 am to 9:15 am. We are investigating the root cause and will continue to monitor the situation. We have identified an issue with one of the operational reporting databases. It is currently not synching with our production Colleague database.
Some real time operational reports will be slightly out of date until the issue is resolved.
We are working with our vendor to have the issue resolved as quickly as possible.
BJC Phone System
WashU IT and BJC technical teams are investigating issues with the Avaya One X Agent. An upgrade was performed in February and appeared stable initially. Since then, an increasing number of remote users on WashU VPN have been reporting issues with audio dropping and similar issues affecting their Avaya service.
