Student Information System (SIS)
WashU IT is investigating an issue where multiple SIS (Student Information System) services are intermittently not working or are not available, including:
Webstac SISAdmin Wuachieve.wustl.edu Webadvising.acadinfo.wustl.edu courselistings

BJC Phone System
WashU IT and BJC technical teams are investigating issues with the Avaya One X Agent. An upgrade was performed in February and appeared stable initially. Since then, an increasing number of remote users on WashU VPN have been reporting issues with audio dropping and similar issues affecting their Avaya service.

DoIT Servers, Storage and Backups
Virtual Servers
A networking issue occurred that impacted virtualized servers hosted on campus. The issue has been stabilized, but we are continuing to monitor it until we can be sure the issue is fully resolved.
USG Services Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence
Information Technology Services (ITS) is experiencing an outage affecting access to some services including Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence. Affected users may be experiencing problems with access to these services. Updates will be posted here as they become available.
