Active Incidents
New Triton Advising (NTA) - Some Fall 26 college freshmen and transfer students are experiencing the following intermittent issues:
NTA Access Error : Message indicates "Virtual Advising Center is only for undergraduate students and graduate students in certain departments." Completing the email verification step of the NTA workflow. Completing the Academic Background form of the NTA workflow
We are in the process of correcting the problems and will be reaching out to any students experiencing this. We will also be communicating with their Academic Advisors so that they are aware of the issue.

ITS is investigating possible issues with DUO and an error stating "page access not allowed". If you are getting this error when trying to log in, please try using a private/incognito window or different browser to log into your UCSD applications with the DUO push.

- Installing the Duo Mobile app on your mobile device
- Going to duo.ucsd.edu on your computer, and then reactivate or remove+readd your mobile phone
