Please find the details of this incident below : Start time : 02/09/2026 16:00 UTC Impacted Service(s) : Modem auto-configuration is temporarily unavailable. Customers Impact : Customers are currently unable to automatically configure or reconfigure their modems after a reset. As a temporary workaround, customers can manually enter their PPP credentials in their modem configuration to establish the connection. Ongoing Actions : Our teams are investigating the issue and working to restore the auto-configuration service as quickly as possible.
