Resolved: This incident has been resolved.

Monitoring: We have re-enabled the link between Equinix SY3 and Equinix PE2 after notice from the backhaul carrier advising capacity is now available. We will monitor the quality of the connection and close this status when we are satisfied that everything is stable.

Identified: We disabled a link between Equinix SY3 and Equinix PE2 due to intermittent connectivity issues with our backhaul service. Connectivity between NSW and WA is still operational, albeit with reduced redundancy and capacity.

Resolved: Equinix IBX staff have reported that the KeyWatcher system has returned to normal operation following a data migration. Equinix BR1 staff have indicated that the root cause was an error resulting from a recent system update. This incident has now been resolved.

Identified: We have been notified of issues with the KeyWatcher system at the Equinix BR1 facility that is resulting in delayed access to the site.
