To ensure continued performance and scalability of the NetCloud service, we are conducting scheduled maintenance on select service subsystems starting Wednesday, August 26th 7:00AM MDT through 10:00AM MDT. Users will experience limited functionality in Reports, Data Usage Dashboards, Cellular Data Dashboard and Security Dashboard UI Visibility. Please note, during this subsystem maintenance all devices will continue to operate normally, connected to NetCloud Manager and users will be able to access NetCloud Manager.
NetCloud Manager data processing is running behind for Geoview (both via NCM UI and API) which is causing inaccuracies in the reported data. A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. No data has been lost and we expect the system will be caught up shortly.
