During or after installation, Elastic Metal encounters an error. We are investigating.
Due to a planned electrical maintenance, one of our rack lost its power. This has increased the 5xx error level and also increased latency on nl-ams.
We quickly identified that it's about a naming change on the API side.
Following a configuration issue during a deployment, numerous routes stopped being advertised, which may have impacted routing to the PAR VPN gateways.
We are currently investigating this issue.

Outage Timestamps : Start-Time : 13:47 UTC End-Time : 13:56 UTC Due to a production operation on a specific network device. Instances located on the hypervisors connected to this network device have been impacted by a network outage. This outage has impacted all outbound traffic of these instances. Inbound traffic was not impacted.
We are currently experiencing an issue with our EPP connection for the following TLDs:
art, audio, baby, beauty, bond, build, cam, christmas, college, cyou, desi, diet, fans, flowers, guitars, hair, help, icu, lol, makeup, mom, monster, ooo, pics, quest, rent, saarland, skin, xyz
All operations (registration, renewal, transfer, etc.) for these TLDs are temporarily suspended while we restore the connection. We apologize for the inconvenience and will update this page as soon as services resume.
Starting 6.30 a.m UTC, clients may experience very high p99 latencies due to a slow storage pod.
