Following a maintenance on a block storage cluster, this cluster experienced a spike of P99 latencies that was over the charts for this kind of operation between 11h03 and 11h09 UTC
We are monitoring the situation.
We are currently investigating a hardware failure affecting Dedibox dedicated servers in DC2, room 101, rack N16. This may cause connectivity issues for some servers.
A power feed is down in one of our rack, causing some servers in the affected rack to shut down. This impact the availability of some Apple Silicon instances in the fr-par-1 region.
Our team is applying security patches to the web access servers. Users may experience interruptions of up to 30 seconds until 11:30 on 08/01.

Since approximately 6:00 AM UTC, users may experience slow pulls from the Container Registry in the fr-par region (rg.fr-par.scw.cloud). This may result in various errors, such as “context deadline exceeded.” and may impact the performance of applications relying on this service.
Serverless Functions and Serverless Containers are also affected, and users may experience slower application scale-ups (due to increased pull times) or deployment errors (functions or containers ending up in an error state with the message “Unable to fetch image”).
A security rule was too restrictive, leading to customers not being able to access the Kubernetes Dashboard anymore. A fix will be deployed tomorrow. In the meantime, we encourage you to use kubectl. We apologize for the issue.
Following scheduled maintenance, switches holding the RPNs service are currently unavailable. We are waiting for datacenter intervention. Public traffic is not impacted.

Since yesterday, Sunday 2026-01-11 at 7 pm Paris time, the rack F7 in room 4-5 has experienced electrical issues, causing both public and RPN switches to reboot multiple times. This also impacts two other attached racks, F8 and F9, affecting Dedibox dedicated servers in this room.
