For a subset of users, clients with data sheet-based integrations are encountering two issues:
- Off feed reports are displaying inaccurate results
- Some accounts are being incorrectly deactivated. To determine if you have any inaccurately deactivated accounts, please review your Constituent Manager results. If you find a discrepancy, please reach out to our Support team.
Our developers are working on a resolution, and we will update this status as work progresses.

A subset of clients are experiencing a 504 Gateway Timeout Error. Our engineers are working towards a solution.

As of roughly 5:45 PM Eastern time, we became aware that a subset of WCM sites is loading slowly or is failing to respond. Our engineers are currently investigating and hope to restore normal service soon.
Our team is investigating reports of portal login issues across websites at this time, with specific impacts for front-end logins returning a blank white page. Initial testing suggests the issue is affecting browsers other than Chrome (such as Firefox and Safari), with no impact on admin user logins. We will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available.
