Resolved: This issue has now been resolved.

Identified: Our development team has identified the issue and is currently working on a resolution. We should have a fix early in the week of September 8th.

Investigating: Currently, using the Beefree editor, and translating that message, can result in no jobs being created for that email, which results in messages not being sent.

Our team has identified the root cause and is working towards a solution and release plan.

Until this has been updated, you should not translate any messages using the Beefree editor.

We apologize for this inconvenience, and this will addressed on September, 12.

Resolved: Reporting is now back to normal, and we are no longer seeing large numbers of messages stuck in “Email Sent” status.

Please note that delivery status updates are still subject to responses from email providers, so there may occasionally be slight delays depending on the recipient’s provider.

If you notice anything unusual, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our Support team.

Investigating: We are currently experiencing an issue with message reporting where some emails are returning a status of “Email Sent.” Please note this is a reporting issue only. Emails are still being delivered successfully.
