Kajeet Status

Resolved: Connectivity was restored at 5:42 PM EDT on September 27 following the completion of planned data center maintenance.

All reported customer issues have been resolved, and no new related issues have been reported. The underlying network provider issue remains under investigation but is no longer impacting customer service.

Thank you for your patience while we worked to restore service. If you continue to experience any issues, please submit a support request or contact Kajeet Support at [email protected] or 877-352-5338.

Identified: Service conditions have significantly improved following network mitigation actions. All customer support tickets associated with this incident have been closed, and no new related tickets have been reported.

A limited number of network subnets remain potentially impacted. These subnets support a small number of customers, and we continue to monitor for any additional service impact while our network provider works to resolve the remaining issue.

Identified: We are investigating intermittent connectivity affecting a subset of devices. Traffic has been rerouted from an impacted network provider where possible, but some devices may continue to experience degraded connectivity while the provider investigation continues.

Investigating: We continue to investigate intermittent connectivity affecting a subset of devices across multiple carriers. Technical teams remain engaged and are testing affected devices to determine the cause.

Investigating: We are currently investigating this issue.
