Some customers might be seeing banners in Gmail or other Google apps promoting the ability to transfer data to personal accounts if you are 'Graduating Soon'.
These prompts are for informational purposes. In general, no action is required to maintain your account, data access, or current services.
If you are graduating soon, congratulations! The Transfer Content feature can help you migrate your content from the Brown Google environment to a personal Google account, to prepare for your transition to our alumni community.
Users on macOS are prompted for authentication for every MyPrint print job when running macOS 14.8.5 or later, 15.7.5 or later, and 26.4 or later. Selecting the option to "Remember this password in my keychain" does not work. Print jobs are successfully submitted when a user re-enters their Brown username and password for each job.
We will update this alert with further information when it becomes available.
In the report output viewer window, using the ‘Run’ button to re-run a report is currently causing an issue that can lead to a Cognos Analytics outage. OIT is working with IBM to investigate and resolve the issue.
In the meantime, to mitigate the risk of further outages, please run reports only from a content tab object list (i.e., click on the report name or from the Action menu, select ‘Run as’). Do not attempt to re-run a report by clicking the ‘Run’ button when viewing report output.
