This morning's Home Folder migration is running longer than planned, and some members of the Brown community may not see their files yet in OneDrive. Data copying is continuing, and should be complete mid-morning for all individuals who have used the service in the last six months. If you need urgent access to information in your OneDrive, please reach out to your IT support professional or to the OIT Service Center via [email protected].
The Banner ODS data refresh did not run last night (6/16/25) due to an issue we are investigating.
This means reports you run in Cognos Analytics today, Tuesday, 6/17/25, against Banner ODS packages will be 1-day out of date—this data is current as of the Sunday 6/15/25 nightly refresh.
The Banner ODS nightly refresh is expected to run as scheduled this evening, Tuesday, 6/17/25.
[PLEASE NOTE: Cognos Analytics is up and data is current for all other data sources.]
This issue affects reports that use the following Banner ODS packages:
Accounts Receivable Admission Course Evaluation (TPAC Teaching Summary report is not affected) Course Proposal Course Proposal (Departmental) Event Scheduling (only certain query subjects include ODS data) Faculty Appointments (course offering data) Financial Aid GSIM GSIM Post 2015 Pre-College and UG Programs Registration Override Requests Student Student (Departmental)
We are having some problems with a small number of physical phones connecting to the phone system. Telecom has an active case with the vendor and we are working through it at this time. We hope to have this fully resolved shortly
