Brown Services using Shibboleth Single Sign On and general network connectivity experienced intermittent outages on Wednesday, April 8, 2026 from 6:40 a.m. to 08:47 a.m. During this time, users may have experienced issues logging in to Brown services or connecting to services on the Internet from campus networks. This issue is now resolved and OIT is analyzing the root cause. Please report any further problems to the OIT Service Center at https://ithelp.brown.edu/.
We’re experiencing issues with network connectivity on the 2nd floor of the Warren Alpert Medical School at 222 Richmond St. A subset of users are impacted and our team is actively working to resolve this. We will provide more details as soon as more information becomes available.
