We're currently investigating an issue affecting customers with CCI integrated to their SCSO accounts:
Problem: Auto-redirect from https://sign-on.security.cisco.com/ to https://id.cisco.com/ is no longer working after email entry.
Workaround: Users need to manually select "Other login option" → "Cisco" to access their accounts.
Will update as we have more information.
