Investigating: Honkai: Star Rail has an issue with the v2.3 update and is under maintenance on GeForce NOW. The maintenance is expected to take a long time and during the maintenance period, the game will not be playable on GeForce NOW.

Monitoring: We have fixed the issue causing color problems to appear gray or washed out. Please feel free to try HDR again and send us in-app feedback if you continue to see problems.

Investigating: We have fixed the issue with crashing when using HDR in games like Call of Duty. We are continuing to investigate the color problems.

Investigating: We are aware of problems when using HDR on GeForce NOW which is causing the game colors to turn gray, washed out or over exposed in games like Call of Duty, Throne & Liberty, and Planet Coaster 2. In addition, we have seen crashes in Call of Duty with HDR on. For now, we recommend disabling HDR.

Monitoring: We wanted to let you know that there is an issue affecting Apex Legends Steam (version) specifically for users on GeForce NOW. As a result, we are removing the Steam version from GeForce NOW. This does not impact players using Apex Legends on EA App.

GeForce NOW users can continue to access and play Apex Legends via the EA app by changing the game store to EA app in the GeForce NOW app. Attaching the same EA account used on Steam will ensure uninterrupted access to characters, progress, and in-game levels, with no loss of content or progress.
