Dear customers, We have identified an issue impacting static and video capture on iOS beta 26 within the IDCheck Mobile SDK. Our engineering team is actively preparing a hotfix for affected iOS clients, with deployment planned as soon as validation is complete (scheduled for Friday, 29th August).
What to expect:
- A hotfix for iOS (covering iOS 26) is being prepared and validated.
- We will release the hotfix as soon as all tests pass and will publish the release notes with affected versions (7* and 8*).
- If you rely on our SDKs or apps, please monitor your integration and update to the provided version once available.

We are excited to announce the launch of our Next Generation Sandbox and Production Platforms for IDCheck.io (and sibling products). The Next Generation Platform represents the latest iteration of our infrastructure launched in November 2022 for our IDCheck.io customers. In contrast, our current platform, commonly referred to as the Legacy Platform, refers to an older version of our system, with its own limitations and built on older technologies, which a portion of our IDCheck.io customers are still using. As we embark on this momentous journey, we are committed to keeping you well-informed about the schedule for discontinuing support for our current platforms.

July 1, 2025: Legacy production end of life.
The Legacy production environment will no longer be available and will be decommissioned.
