現在 オンプレミス Active Directory と HENNGE Access Control 間でアカウント同期を 利用されている環境にて、同期が正常に行われない事象を一部確認しています。

該当事象が発生している環境では、HENNGE Directory Sync Tool(同期ツール)が 実行されているサーバーの [イベントビューアー] > [アプリケーションログ] の HDE One Directory Sync または HDE One Password Sync のログに下記のエラーメッセージが記録されます。

■エラーメッセージ urlopen error [SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed: unable to get local issuer certificate (_ssl.c:1131)

上記エラーが発生している環境におかれましては、下記の対応をお願いいたします。 該当のエラーが記録されていない場合は対応は不要です。

We have identified a partial issue where account synchronization between on-premises Active Directory and HENNGE Access Control is not functioning correctly in some environments currently utilizing this synchronization.

In environments experiencing this issue, the following error message is recorded in the HDE One Directory Sync or HDE One Password Sync logs within the [Event Viewer] > [Application] logs on the server where the HENNGE Directory Sync Tool is running:

■ Error Message urlopen error [SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed: unable to get local issuer certificate (_ssl.c:1131)

If you are encountering the above error, please take the following action. If this error is not present in your logs, no action is required.
