Resolved: The live feed playback issue affecting Chrome-based browsers has been resolved; all services are fully operational, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Identified: We have identified a solution for the live video playback issue affecting some viewers using Chrome and other Chromium-based browsers. Testing has been successful, and we are preparing a maintenance window on Saturday to deploy the update. Customers may continue to experience intermittent live-stream playback issues until the update has been implemented.

Identified: Our engineering teams have made progress toward restoring live stream playback functionality in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge and are currently validating corrective changes prior to deployment. At this time, testing remains in progress to confirm the effectiveness and stability of the solution. Once validation is complete, we will share deployment details and an expected timeline for full service restoration. The issue continues to affect live stream playback for some users accessing Swagit through Chrome and Edge browsers. As a temporary workaround, Mozilla Firefox and Apple Safari remain available and fully supported for live viewing. Recorded meetings and on-demand content continue to operate normally and are not impacted by this issue. We understand that reliable access to live meetings is important to your organization and community.
