We are currently investigating an issue where a user signs in and the Aruba Clearpass progress is shown as "In Progress" on the Visitor Log and visitors are not receiving their Wi-Fi credentials.
We are currently experiencing a secondary issue affecting Dashboard accessibility. Users attempting to log into Envoy via Mobile may not be receiving the QR code email. Our team has identified the root cause and is actively working on a fix.
