Identified: At present, document delivery may be restricted or unavailable for certain customers. We are already working to resolve the issue so that you can use bexio to its full extent again as soon as possible. Thank you very much for your patience.

Resolved: Emails are now being sent reliably again. The limit of 20 documents per hour and a maximum of 5 recipients remains in place for the time being. The delay in email delivery has also been resolved.

Monitoring: Update: At the moment, only some of the emails sent are being delivered to the recipient. Our technical team is already working to find a solution. In the meantime, you can use the ‘Send invoice via email software’ option.
