The provider we use for sending emails is currently experiencing an issue. This means you won't receive any emails from us, including login access code emails. You will still be able to send and receive emails from our Service desk.
Our provider reports that they have identified the cause of the issue and are working toward a resolution. We will provide further updates when the situation changes. In the meantime emails should be queued and will be gradually released once the service is fully restored.
We are currently investigating a live service issue where some users are experiencing a problem when attempting to sign in to OpenAthens and are receiving the following error:
"OA-AP-4011-26: Unable to map the user to an organisation."
