We have received reports that non-admin users are getting an "Unauthorized access" error when trying to access the MeridianLink Support Portal, which is where the Knowledge Base is now located. We are currently investigating the cause.
Additionally, admin users with access to contact live support are seeing additional links in the help menu for Support Ticket and Live Chat Support. Please disregard those options and always navigate through the MeridianLink Support Portal to contact the Support Team. We are investigating those links as well.

Users are running into an issue when pulling credit reports. Users are reporting that the issue is sporadic and that they'll receive a message "The credit report could not be pulled because the credit pull service was unresponsive. Reorder a credit report to continue processing the app."
We are investigating this on our end.
Users are reporting that in Production the dropdowns for Classic Cars aren't populating data when using the JD Power (fka NADA) tool. We are looking into this internally as well as reached out to JD Power directly.
