Monitoring: All networking at this time has been restored, and we are seeing connectivity being re-established for all affected client machines. NetOps determined that the issue was a WAN routing outage with failover not propagating. We are investigating exactly why the failover has not worked and how to prevent this from occurring in the future. While we investigate, we will route all traffic to the failover route to maintain continued functionality. We will be performing maintenance overnight to bring ELK back to fully operational status. There will be no downtime involved for customers.

Identified: We have identified the issue as a network routing problem and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible. We will provide updates as soon as we have more information.

Investigating: We are receiving reports of our ELK Datacenter experiencing an outage for some of our clients. We are currently investigating this in tandem with Datacenter staff and will provide updates as we get them.

Identified: We have received significant positive progress from the Phoenix datacenter. A third primary chiller has been successfully restored, and facility temperatures are continuing to stabilize.

On-site datacenter staff are actively conducting all-hands physical inspections across core hardware and support infrastructure. Network connectivity to our cabinets appears to have been restored.

While we await final, official confirmation from the datacenter that facility operations are fully stabilized, our engineering team has begun verifying environments and powering up systems, including the Horizon infrastructure, to confirm everything is fully operational.

We will issue a final confirmation update as soon as systems checks are complete and once we receive confirmation from the datacenter that the outage has been fully resolved on their end.

Identified: We have spoken with the datacenter team and have received the following update.

Ambient temperatures inside the facility are continuing to decrease and teams are actively following the remediation timeline outlined earlier today.

Completed: Primary chiller (Chiller D) restored and temperature reduction underway.

Ongoing / On Track: Deployment of temporary on-floor cooling units.

In Progress: Restoration of Chiller C.

Targeted for ~4:00 PM MST: Installation of additional temporary chillers and backup generator power.

Facility core routing remains impacted while thermal conditions normalize, which continues to negatively affect our network connectivity. As soon as the datacenter confirms infrastructure recovery, our team will be actively working to ensure all customer systems and services are restored safely.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and share any new developments or updates as we become aware of them.

Identified: Thermal recovery operations remain underway at the Phoenix facility with the on-site vendor still working through the established remediation schedule to restore remaining chillers.

Due to the elevated ambient temperatures, the facility's primary core network routing hardware went offline and has remained offline. As a result, our own connectivity and cloud services remain impacted. Facility engineers tentatively estimate core routing equipment may begin coming back online after 4:00 PM local time (MST / 7:00 PM EDT), though this target remains dependent on the progress of restoring cooling capabilities at the datacenter.

We are closely tracking facility milestones and will provide another update as we learn more information.

Identified: Our datacenter facility in Phoenix is continuing to work on the elevated temperatures which were brought on by severe overnight weather that affected the datacenter chillers.

Facility teams have successfully restored primary cooling units and temperatures have begun to decrease. Additional measures are also scheduled with the introduction of additional temporary on-floor cooling equipment that will be deployed at 10:00 AM local time (Arizona time) and the restoration of the secondary chiller with a scheduled target time of 12:30 PM local time. An additional temporary chiller and a temporary backup generator will also be added around 4:00 PM local time.

Following the restoration of one of the affected chillers, the datacenter has observed significant temperature reductions and they expect that reduction of temperatures to continue for the next 60 minutes.

Our team is in continuous contact with facility engineers and will provide further updates as key milestones are met.

Identified: The datacenter team is continuing efforts to stabilize facility temperatures. As a precautionary measure while cooling repairs are underway, we have been informed that there may be brief, temporary outages affecting physical equipment across customer cabinets.

Any potential interruptions are expected to last between 2 to 4 hours while thermal levels are managed.

We will continue to provide further updates as the situation develops.

Identified: Datacenter engineers and the hardware vendor remain on-site and are actively working to repair the facility's primary chillers. The elevated ambient temperatures are a direct result of this cooling system degradation.

A firm estimated time for full restoration is not yet available from the datacenter but repairs are ongoing.

We will provide another update as soon as new information becomes available.

Identified: Per our latest conversation with the datacenter engineers, the issue affecting networking at the datacenter is part of a datacenter-wide issue that remains ongoing without an ETA for a resolution at this time.

The datacenter facility equipment is currently experiencing issues as a result of higher than normal ambient temperatures in the building. These higher temperatures have affected multiple pieces of the datacenter's critical equipment responsible for routing and networking and as a result have brought down networking for the majority of colocation customers at the datacenter including, but not limited to, Adeptcloud.

We've been informed that the datacenter facilities team is currently working on this issue and that a vendor is currently on site in order to resolve the temperature issue.

We will continue to work with the datacenter and will be providing updates about this outage as soon as we receive them.

Identified: At this time we believe that the issue is originating at the datacenter's core routers. We've verified that our equipment remains operational but it is experiencing issues reaching out to the internet. Based on the troubleshooting performed by us thus far, this appears to be routing related. We have not yet received confirmation if this is an issue affecting the entire datacenter or a limited amount of customers.

We are currently working with the datacenter to pinpoint the source of the issue and will provide additional updates and an ETA as soon as we have one.

Identified: We have identified the issue as network-related. Our NetOps team is actively investigating the outage.

Out-of-band management remains operational and is functioning as expected. The team is currently troubleshooting WAN routing to isolate the source of the connectivity issue and restore normal service.

Monitoring: In response to a critical cPanel vulnerability (CVE-2026-41940) disclosed by the vendor, we are proactively patching all cPanel servers across our environment.

As a precaution while updates are rolling out, public access to the cPanel/WHM/Webmail management ports (2083, 2087, 2095, 2096) has been temporarily restricted. Your websites, email, and other services are not affected only the browser-based management interfaces. If you need access to cPanel or WHM during this window. Please submit a support request if you require access and we can setup a custom whitelist for you in the meantime.
