Active Incidents
We have received reports that there is an ongoing networking issue at our ELK datacenter. We are currently engaged with datacenter engineers to get this problem resolved as soon as possible. We will update this status as information becomes available.
We have received alerts of a Network Blip at our ELK Datacenter. We are currently engaged with Datacenter Engineers to identify and resolve this issue. We will post updates as they become available.
at 5 PM Central Time we received alerts from our automated monitoring that there was a networking blip that occurred at our ELK Datacenter. At this time it appears that all services have been restored and are back to a stable state. We will continue to monitor this and provide updates as needed.
We received reports in our monitoring about packet loss to our PHX Datacenter. Some clients may have experienced an interruption to their connection, however, this interruption lasted less than 2 minutes and no lasting impact is expected. We will continue to monitor as always.
