Maintenance Notification: Service Downtime for Omny Studio Recording Agent
Dear Valued Clients, We are writing to inform you of upcoming maintenance related to some changes being made by our cloud service provider which will affect the functionality of your live stream Recording Agents. To best manage those changes, there will be a brief downtime period lasting approximately 15 minutes on Saturday 5th July, sometime between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM AEST. For the downtime period during the maintenance window, the recording functionality of live stream Recording Agents will not be operational . Recordings during this downtime period will stop abruptly and will not be captured by Omny Studio. If you have automatic podcasting setup for shows captured on this date, you may experience issues depending on your configuration – either shortened recordings being published or automatic podcasting not running if you have enabled the option to “exclude recordings that started or ended abruptly”. We recommend planning your recordings accordingly to avoid any inconvenience during this maintenance window. Once the updates are completed, full functionality will be restored.
