We are currently investigating network issues impacting our Live Streaming Services in Australia, causing listener disconnections. More information to come.
We have identified an issue affecting the delivery timing of Saved Queries scheduled when using specific days on a weekly interval. Reports configured this way will be sent one day later than expected. Our team is working on correcting this behaviour. More information to come.
We are currently investigating an issue with our DMP-provided Segment data processing mechanisms. The issue seems to be caused by a change made at our database provider. The impact of this incident is that we are unable to ingest new DMP segment data into our platform. Delivery of flights targeting DMP segments may be affected. More information to come.
