We are experiencing a local outage of the system linked to DataPlatform that serves for device activation processes like GoLive, Tariff Change, Contract Renewal and the hosting contract overview.
The device activation functions (Go Live, Tariff Change, Renewals, Cancellation) on DataPortal and REST API are currently not possible. Also the hosting contract overview on Data Portal and REST API may not show all details.
Our engineers are working on restoring the functionality.

REST API Version Change - Version 25.2.0 is discontinued - Version 25.7.0 is introduced
With the deployment scheduled during the maintenance time, our REST API will undergo a version change.
New Version: 25.7.0 is already active Previous Version: 25.2.0 is now deprecated and will be removed after July 2026 Discontinued Version: 24.7.0 will be removed with this Maintenance

It is strongly recommended to adjust your REST API client implementations to use versioned endpoint URLs and to update to the latest version of our REST API.

All versions of GET /machinesLifecycle/provisionings/models prior to 25.2.0. (Deprecated) https://docs.proemion.com/api/#api-Machine_Lifecycle-getMachinesLifecycleProvisioningsModels
All unchanged endpoints will also work when called with the versioned URL.
