Recently Resolved Incidents
We are currently experiencing delays for transactions into Paystack Titan accounts, which affects our Pay with Transfer (PwT) and Dedicated Virtual Account (DVA) products.
We're working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible and will provide an update as soon as it has been resolved.
We are seeing an increase in failure rates on Cards issued by UBA.
This is due to an ongoing maintenance on the bank's end.
We have notified the UBA team and are in close contact with them to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
Transfers to Wema Bank accounts in Nigeria might experience a slight delay due to a downtime with the bank.
There might also be a delay in confirming deposits for transactions made to Wema Virtual Account numbers.
