Impact on You: During this maintenance window, there may be periods when payments from customers using GTB cards will be temporarily unavailable. However, you will still be able to accept payments from customers using other cards without any disruption.

All Bank Transfers to CAL Bank accounts are failing due to an ongoing issue with the bank’s internal systems. CAL Bank & GhIPSS teams have been engaged to restore the service as quickly as possible. We will provide an update as soon as it has been resolved.
We are seeing an increase in failure rates on Cards issued by Guaranty Trust Bank. This is due to an ongoing maintenance at the Bank.
We have notified the GTB team and are in close contact with them to resolve this issue as quickly as possible, we will provide an update as soon as it has been resolved.

Since 06:00 GMT - 5 we are having problems with CREDIBANCO in COLOMBIA for PayU platform, declined transactions increased with response codes like ENTITY_DECLINED, which indicates that we present a transactional degradation, however, the network does not present a total drop. We are working together with our Support Team to get a quick solution.
A SMALL subset of our customers may be experiencing failed / declined transactions, we apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing.
