Our partner, Telecel, is currently having a downtime on their platform, which is affecting mobile money transactions at the moment. As a result, most Telecel transactions are failing.
We're currently liaising with them to fix the issues and restore the service. Please bear with us.
Guaranty Trust Bank (GTB) will be conducting planned emergency maintenance from 9:00 PM WAT on 28th September to 3:00 AM WAT on 29th September 2024.
Impact on You: During this maintenance window, there may be periods when payments from customers using GTB cards will be temporarily unavailable. However, you will still be able to accept payments from customers using other cards without any disruption.
