Resolved: Clover is recovered at this point and we will continue to monitor.

Identified: Clover is currently experiencing a service outage that may affect some of your services or devices.

Resolved: The payment processing issue impacting merchants using ACT has been resolved.

ACT has confirmed service has been restored, and merchants should now be able to process transactions normally. The previously provided workarounds are no longer necessary.

We will continue to monitor processing to ensure services remain stable.

We apologize for the disruption and appreciate your patience while the issue was being resolved.

Monitoring: We are currently investigating an issue impacting payment processing for merchants using ACT. Some merchants may receive a "Payment Request Failed" error when attempting to process transactions.

Workarounds: While we work with ACT to resolve the issue, impacted merchants can continue processing payments using either of the following methods:

Clover device in standalone mode 1.Tap the four corners of the Clover screen and enter your passcode. 2. Select the Sale app. 3. Enter the transaction amount and process the payment.

Gravity Dashboard Virtual Terminal

1. Log in to the Gravity Dashboard.
2. Select Virtual Terminal from the left-hand navigation.
3. Select Sale and enter the transaction amount and customer's card information.
4. Select Process to complete the transaction.

ACT is aware of the issue and is actively investigating. We will provide another update as soon as additional information becomes available.

1. Login to Gravity Dashboard, navigate to Virtual Terminal in the left hand navigation
2. Next select Sale and manually enter the amount and customer’s card information.
3. Click ‘Process’

3. Input amount and then process payment
