Resolved: After monitoring for 2 hours we set this incident to resolved.

Monitoring: We are still monitoring the situation and work close with our cloud provider

Identified: Most systems are up and running and respond fast, we expect full performance in a few minutes.

Investigating: We’re currently experiencing degraded performance issues that originate from our service provider. This is still ongoing from yesterday issues. Our team is currently working to restore normal performance levels with all parties involved. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Resolved: We have implemented a fix, but some maintenance will be required to provide full service performance.

Identified: As a consequence of the outages earlier today, we are facing an issue with our database system that lead to a global outage. We are in the process of recovering the database system together with our supplier.

Investigating: We’re currently experiencing degraded performance issues with for some customers. The issue lies again within our service provider. We informed the provider and are currently working to restore normal performance levels. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Resolved: This incident has been resolved.

Monitoring: Customers are back online. We still monitoring the system.

Monitoring: We are seeing multiple services becoming unavailable again and are working to bring them back up as soon as possible.

Monitoring: All services are operational again. We are monitoring while adjacent services proceed to recover

Monitoring: More than 70% of our customer services are back online now, we are still working to bring the remaining services back up.

Identified: After the network fix has been implemented, we have recovered our database service and are currently seeing first customer facing services become available again.

Identified: After a change in the underlying infrastructure, we are seeing improvements in network connectivity. We are currently evaluating the health of our services and are continuing to work on service recovery.
