US Uphold Card: Card transactions may be being declined at the merchant. Any amounts debited from your Uphold balance for transactions that were declined at the merchant will be reversed automatically.
UK Uphold Card: Some Card transactions may be being declined at the merchant. Any amounts debited from your Uphold balance for transactions that were declined at the merchant will be refunded once the issue is resolved.
In the meantime, we recommend using an alternative payment method where possible.
