Normally, links in our text messages are shortened by a third-party service (Rebrandly) to fit and look similar to the following:
However, Rebrandly's API is currently reporting an error, and our links are going unshortened:
This does not impact the behavior of text messages or prevent customers from visiting links in text messages. In rare cases (mostly on older devices), the text message may be split into multiple parts if it is too long.
We are working with Rebrandly to resolve the issue and get our link shortening working properly again as soon as possible.

Impacted Product: Business Center Affected Feature: Document Upload/Share Document (staff only)
What does this mean for you? All staff users other than the Primary Admin are currently unable to Share a Document, Add an Internal Document, or Upload to My Documents in the Business Center. We have a Critical Priority ticket with our development team to have this resolved.
Current Workaround: The Primary Admin can Share a Document, Add an Internal Document, or Upload to My Documents. Only staff users are impacted.
We are working diligently to resolve this issue; we will provide ongoing status updates.
