What does this mean for you? When attempting to access the Online Listings Management feature the page will not load. Some users will experience a "Page Not Found" or 404 error.

What does this mean for you? Users have reported when accessing the Social feature in Business Center or Marketing Center they are met with an error that reads "We are unable to locate your subscription" and are unable to utilize the Social feature. Users are also experiencing this error when accessing the Website Builder via Command Center.

Current Workaround: Some users have reported that refreshing the page or logging out and back in has resolved the issue, although this has not worked for all users

Investigating: A small amount of users have reported experiencing delays in the last several days. While the delays have been minimal, our development team continues to fully investigate these reports and the root cause. The measures implemented have proven to be effective with the reduction of reports, however they continue to work towards a permanent solution to fully resolve the issue.

What does this mean for you? Users are experiencing issues when sending an Announcement using the "Send Now" option. The Announcement is not sending right away despite using the Send Now option and is being delayed from sending, in some cases for multiple hours. We are investigating the root cause with high urgency.

Current Workaround: No current workaround. The Announcement send eventually. Users should not attempt to send the same Announcement multiple times.
