We have received a notification from our Provider regarding a carrier-partner incident currently impacting toll-free SMS and MMS services.

Customers may experience delivery delays impacting inbound (MO) and outbound (MT) SMS and MMS messaging via toll-free with T-Mobile.

Resolved: Cloudfare has released a confirmation that a fix has been implemented and the incident is now resolved. We are continuing to monitor for errors to ensure all services are back to normal.

We are awaiting a confirmation of resolution or intended fix from the carrier partner and will provide more information as soon as it is available.

However, the carrier partner has indicated that the MMS MT queue build up has drained. They are observing queuing and latency for DLR at this time.
