Clients may experience missing and delayed messages and delivery receipts for outbound messages. Our Provider is working with the carrier partners to resolve the issue and will issue an update as soon as more information becomes available.

What is happening: Delivery status reports (DLRs) are missing or delayed for a subset of UK Long Virtual Numbers (LVNs) across multiple UK mobile networks. Customer Impact: Please note that actual text message delivery is functioning, but the status updates returning to your platform may currently be missing or inaccurate. Next Steps: We are actively collaborating with our carrier partners to isolate and resolve the issue.
