There is a carrier-partner incident currently impacting short code (route 1) SMS services.
Customers may experience intermittent latency impacting inbound (MO) and outbound (MT) SMS via short code (route 1) with Verizon.
The cause of this issue is under investigation at this time.
We are currently observing a partial disruption impacting incoming message delivery for a subset of UK virtual numbers. Our team has identified delays in receiving inbound messages on a few numbers. This issue is not affecting all traffic and is limited to specific routes. Impact:
Delayed or intermittent receipt of incoming messages Limited to a subset of UK numbers
Action Taken: Our engineering and carrier teams are actively investigating the issue and working towards a resolution on priority.
