Some delivered SMS messages are incorrectly displayed as “Pending” in the MyLINK 1.0 portal. Please note that Delivery Reports have been correctly returned, and message delivery was not affected. The issue is limited to the visual status in the customer interface.
The exact timeframe is under investigation.
We plan to send an update as soon as new information becomes available.
