Our engineering team is actively investigating an issue causing delays in Creator reporting data and webhook notifications used by our API users. We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this as quickly as possible.
Inbound (MO)
As part of our efforts to streamline communication, Twilio is consolidating the Zipwhip Statuspage (status.zipwhip.com) into the Twilio Statuspage (status.twilio.com).
Effective January 30, 2025, we will no longer post Maintenance and Incident notifications on the Zipwhip Statuspage, (status.zipwhip.com).
To continue receiving notifications for Zipwhip's Messaging and Zipwhip's Tool services, subscribe to the respective Zipwhip Services on the Twilio Statuspage, you may do so by following these 4 steps:
- Visit status.twilio.com and click 'Subscribe to Updates' on the top right corner
- Enter the email address where you want to be notified
- Follow the steps to confirm your subscription and ensure the desired Zipwhip services are checked (Please note, by default, all the boxes will be checked, so you would need to uncheck the ones you do NOT want to be notified for):
‣ Zipwhip Gateway
*Zipwhip Messaging - SMS Long Code, North America - MMS Long Code, North America - SMS Toll-Free, North America - MMS Toll-Free, North America *Zipwhip Tools - Toll-Free Verification Portal - Zipwhip Provisioner Dashboard and API - Zipwhip Support Ticketing
- Hit the Save button in the bottom
This change does not affect any Messaging services and applies only to the notifications sent for Maintenance and Incident updates.
