The ShippyPro platform has been working as usual the whole time, the problem was in the connection between those users' networks and our site. We are investigating intermittent errors when searching for pickup and drop-off points (PUDO) for some carriers, including InPost, Evri, Magyar Posta, PostNord, DHL Parcel DE and DPD NL. The issue started at 20:24 CEST. Affected users may see an empty or failed pickup point list in checkout widgets or when creating shipments. Label creation and home delivery shipments are not affected. We will share an update within 30 minutes.
Poste Delivery Business PDF labels are being generated successfully but it is not possible to retrieve/ print them, as error "FPDF error: Unable to find pointer to xref table" gets returned - Our developers are working to restore the service, we apologise for the inconvenience.
FedEx has confirmed the phased shutdown of their SOAP API by June 1, 2026. All customers using FedEx integration must migrate to FedEx REST API (FedExv2) before the shutdown window. For migration instructions, please refer to our FedExv2 integration guide https://shorturl.at/j6t6k
On September 30th 2026 the Deutsche Post integration will be deprecated by the carrier, the current users should create a connection with the following connectors:

DHL has announced that the current DHL Parcel integration (SOAP) will be permanently deprecated by May 31 2026. All customers using DHL Parcel must migrate to DHL Parcel DE Shipping (REST) before the shutdown window.
