Monitoring: We have additionally identified that making changes to Kafka User via Terraform, the Cluster Management API, and the Management Console is also experiencing delays.

We have implemented a fix that has significantly reduced the delays experienced when applying configuration and Kafka integration changes to Clickhouse clusters and also reduced the delays when making changes to Kafka Users on Kafka Clusters via Terraform, the Cluster Management API, and the Management Console.
