Monitoring: We have monitored an even further decrease in the delay for these aggregated metrics. Most of the backlog of metrics have been processed.

As a result the "last 3 hours" view for metrics on the console (and the monitoring API) may not show some metrics. Realtime metrics, and viewing metrics over a longer duration still works.
