Investigating: An issue has been identified affecting the processing of PayPal transaction statuses. Our technical team is currently investigating the root cause to restore normal operation as soon as possible.

Resolved: The incident at KBC was resolved around 08:00 CEST. Transaction processing has since returned to normal, with conversions performing as expected.

Identified: An incident has been identified at KBC, resulting in a failure to process KBC payments since 10:52 CEST We are currently awaiting further updates from KBC regarding the resolution of the issue.

Further communication will follow as soon as more information becomes available.

Resolved: Transaction processing has remained stable since 18:30 CEST, and no further duplication scenarios have been observed. We’ll continue to monitor closely, but the incident will be closed for now pending any new findings.
