As a result, any Verification, SOS Documents, and Lien Search requests requiring TN searches may be delayed until then.

Resolved: The Tennessee Secretary of State's transition to their charity and business filing system (TnCaB) is complete as of this morning at 8:00AM CT. All filings through February 12, 2025 have been reported as processed by their office.
