• Provision New Container: Please contact your account team immediately to initiate the setup of a new container in Frankfurt.
• Cloud Scanners: To avoid timeouts, please update your scan configurations to utilize scanners in an alternative active region.

As AWS has not provided any new information on their recovery efforts, we anticipate it may be a significant amount of time before AWS restores full service in the UAE region. Our priority is to help customers get back online quickly by setting up a new, no-cost container in our supported region in Frankfurt, Germany.  This would be a fresh instance as back up data is not accessible from UAE and migration of data is not possible at this time. To begin this process, please reach out to, or respond to outreaches from, your account team.

In addition, UAE-based cloud scanners will experience timeouts; users should update scan configurations to utilize a different region's cloud scanner.
