The issue that was affecting Customer Portal log-in, as well as overall traffic processing across multiple channels on the Global (Europe) data center, which resulted in delays and affected access to the portal’s white-label and Flows views, has now been resolved. The main platform degradation has been addressed; however, please note that some isolated cases may still persist.

Our developer team is actively reviewing these individual cases, and we are committed to resolving any outstanding issues as quickly as possible.
